Our Booking Policies 

We value your time and ours. To ensure a seamless experience for all clients, please review our scheduling policies below.

Please note that by booking an appointment you are accepting the conditions of our cancellation and late policy.

Appointment Cancellations 

We kindly request a 48-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled withing 48 hours of the scheduled start time with incur a $50 late cancellation fee. No-call/no-show appointments will be charge 100% of schedules service cost. 

Late Arrivals 

We fully understand that sometimes being late is outside of your control. We will always do our best to accommodate late arrivals by providing our services within the remaining time.

Late arrivals may require rescheduling, and the full service fee will still apply because the time was reserved specifically for you. Service will conclude at the originally scheduled end time to avoid disrupting the next client’s appointment.

We understand that unexpected situations happen. However, out of respect for our team and other guests, we must uphold these policies consistently.
